Join the Holistic Health Practitioners
of Pitt County!
Dear Prospective Member,
On behalf of the Holistic Health Practitioners of Eastern North Carolina,
I would like to thank you for your interest in our
group. We are excited about the evolution of health care for
the residents of Pitt County and the surrounding area. We
would be delighted if you would join us in our endeavor to
reach out to the community, make our presence more visible
and establish a referral pool among like-minded
practitioners and affiliates.
We believe that by organizing, setting goals and working
together that we can bridge the sometimes large distance
between the traditional medical establishment and the
alternatives we have to offer. We intend to do this by
maintaining a network of information, by sharing ideas, by
providing a professional organization that can interface
with the community. Our goal is to bridge the gap between
various avenues to wellness, to hold hands with each other,
with massage therapists and exercise specialists, with
surgeons and acupuncturists, with meditators and ministers,
with midwives and grief counselors, with herbalists and
pharmacists. Together we can make a difference in the lives
of those around us.
Take time today to join us. Active and corporate
members have the opportunity to be profiled in our online
directory, and associate members receive a listing on the
"Who We Are" page. Our next goal is to obtain not-for-profit
status, making us eligible for grants and tax-deductible
donations. Feel free to attend one of our monthly meetings.
